I greatly appreciate your personally taking my emergency call late on Saturday evening when the furnace started to malfunction, and having your service tech over to repair it within the hour. That is superlative service!
The new furnace is working as represented by Bob, with enhanced airflow and less gas consumption than before. The humidifier is a welcome addition to the system, along with the new thermostat.

To the President of Komfort Heating & Cooling,
I was recently thrust into becoming a Komfort Heating & Cooling customer. On Sunday, February 10th , (the coldest day ) my 19 + year old furnace stopped working. As the temp in our house started to drop, I started to make phone calls to different heating places in the area. Fortunately for me, Komfort Heating & Cooling was the only company to call me back with the willingness to help. One of your technicians Jim (sorry I do not have last names), was at my house within the hour after I called. He worked extremely hard for at least 3 hours trying to get my existing furnace up and running. He was hoping to have it last at least that night so that we could schedule a new installation for Monday instead of that Sunday night. Unfortunately the furnace was shot and couldn’t be temporarily fixed. Jim got a hold of 2 of your installers; Brandon and Carl started working on the new install at around 5:00 p.m. that night and were finished by 8:00 p.m.
I cannot express my pleasure and gratitude at the top notch service that we received from your company. Jim, Brandon and Carl were very professional and precise in their service and installation abilities. They also seemed to genuinely care and feel for our family and our needs. With 2 little ones at home, I could sense their feeling of urgency as to making sure we didn’t spend any more time then needed in a bitter cold house. To have this kind of service on a Sunday night, on the coldest day of the year, was truly appreciated. Komfort Heating & Cooling has gained a customer for life, or for as long as I am in your service area. I will guarantee that.
